The founder of CookInn Taiwan, Chelsea Tsai, presents the first English cookbook written by a native Taiwanese.

Graduated from the top university in Taiwan, Chelsea followed all her classmates’ steps and found a job in IT industry, just to realized that she had no interest in electronic gadgets and her true passion is cooking. She left her well-paid job and flew to Japan to attend Le Cordon Bleu. After graduation, she dedicated herself to advocate Taiwanese cuisine and founded CookInn Taiwan, which offers cooking classes for locals and foreign tourists alike.

Marking the fifth anniversary of CookInn Taiwan, Chelsea decides to share 67 recipes that best represent Taiwanese cuisine and takes readers into the heart of Taiwanese kitchens.
